Ayurvedha for Whitening teeth

You may put to shame some beauties of this world by the look of your face but if people are taken aback by the yellowness of your teeth, your beauty will be of no consequence. Holy Basil, otherwise known as Ocimum Sanctum, is a leafy plant with its leaves possessing a very inviting smell. You must pluck the leaves and get them dried in the Sun. Powder them nicely. Use this powder with a soft tooth brush in the morning and at bed time.  This medicinal herb is an all-in-one wonder. Banyan tree is huge not only in size but its use as a provider of tooth brushes has been huge too. One end of its twigs is chewed to resemble a tooth brush and when you brush your teeth with it, your teeth become very clean and also white. The tree’s aerial roots too serve the same purpose. Its sour taste is very agreeable and you would start loving the taste instantaneously.

 

Neem tree’s (Margosa) twigs are also widely used to brush one’s teeth in India. Neem is an absolute medicinal tree; its leaves, twigs, branches and trunk all have their own uses. For brushing, you use the twigs as brush.  It can be guaranteed to clean your teeth and whiten it like new after constant use. Throw away your synthetic brushes to achieve this result. Another tree, the Babul (Acacia Arabica) does the same job.
